The weather app has many different gadgets first they have a weather line to combines the best parts of both the Dark Sky and forecast. Weather Line graphs the weather in one of the most meaningful and useful ways through a series of charts and easy to read graphs. The weather app is clean and clear to read and it is very useful for all ages. Large pictures of what it will look like outside example the picture will have rain if it’s raining that day or snowing if it’s snowing. If you want more information you can include a five-day forecast, detailed satellite information, wind, and more, you just scroll down. Users receive alerts when active weather hits, and can track the storm with our radar maps. Many cool feature like detailed weather forecasts including current, short term, long term, hourly forecasts and 14 day trends. These forecasts are updated every 15 minutes to ensure accuracy and reliability. Severe weather and storm alerts to notify you when a storm is heading your way. Users will see a red banner on the affected cities and regions and can click-thru for more info. Satellite and radar maps including past, present and future views. Follow-me functionality, automatically detecting the forecast within 1km of your location. Available in English, French, Spanish and Italian, based on your device’s settings. Can also check weather in all countries.

Peer reflection stop animation

I decided to do my reflection on Emily and Kahonwentha’s stop animation video. I liked how real there story was and how you could really tell that they were trying to tell a story. I liked how significant there video was to their song it was a good choice song.  I really liked how they drew a red balloon then the balloon became real life it was also very significant that they took the balloon all around the school and how are school is closing there video takes a tour around our school with the red balloon. The balloon travels all around our school and I think Emily and Kahonwentha's where trying to make the red balloon go on an adventure and jump out of its comfort zone. I also liked how their colours where very positive, bright and bold the lighting was also very good and the filming was also very good. Overall they did a very good job, it was simple but unique. The wind was also a very good idea in there video and that is what blew away the balloon. The story line of there video was very clear and that is what I think made there video so well. I would give them almost perfect I did not point out one fault in there video. I also really liked how there was a hand that made the drawing black and white change into colour.

Assignment #11

Photograph a scar and write about it.

A scar can be very significant for someone and can have a very emotional deep meaning behind it. I think this assignment is a very good assignment for people not to feel alone and to see that others also have serious problems and that you’re never alone. Scars represent things that you have gone throughout your life and what you have accomplished.

Stop Animation

In our project we used pencils and different backgrounds to from different patterns and movements.The meaning of our project would be how no one can change someone and how no one can someone unhappy and that when you are sad you can go to a place where you can think and reflect and can become happy again and not let things bother you. We wanted to do something simple but unique, we were searching on YouTube and found a video with stop animation with pencils and paint and we build from there. One of the symbols that we used was the colour yellow, also bright colours because we wanted to show happiness. It’s not very hard but its unique and original that is why we wanted to use pencil in our project. I think the project says that I am happy and colourful and full of life. That I liked to do things simple but unique at the same time. I would like the viewers to know that Maria and I worked very hard on this project and that we tried very hard to show happiness and light in this project. In our projects we use a lot of bright colours so show the happiness and to bring light in our stop animation. We needed our stop animation to flow and flow with our songs and it all went together in the end.  Everything on our stop animation was around the same size I don’t think one thing was bigger than others we wanted it to be simple and everything to be equal. I am very satisfied with our project we put in a lot of effort and time and in my opinion it came out very well, every class we worked hard and always completed all our tasks’. We did try very hard so in my opinion I do think we achieve excellent, I think the only thing we could have improved is the shadows in some of our pictures it was really hard not to get shadows when working with white paper. But overall it was very satisfied, I think the lesson went very well I learned a lot of things about stop animations and what it takes to do stop animation. When I started this project I thought it would have been really easy but it takes a lot of time and effort.  I am proud of my stop animation because it was my first time ever doing it and I think for my first time it went very well and I really enjoyed learning about stop animation.
